முன்னாள் நிதி அமைச்சர் மங்கள சமரவீரவின் மரணத்துக்கு இலங்கையில் உள்ள பல்வேறு வெளிநாட்டு தூதரகங்களும் இரங்கல் செய்திகளை வெளியிட்டு வருகின்றன.
மங்கள சமரவீர இலங்கையில் நட்புறவு, சமாதானம் மற்றும் மனித உரிமைகளுக்கு ஓய்வின்றி உழைத்தவர் என்று இலங்கைக்காக ஐநா வதிவிட பிரதிநிதி ஹனா சிங்கர் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
